Hi, I'm Kimberly 😍
Pursuing your passion is one of the most fulfilling things you will ever do.
Building my own businesses has been one of the greatest adventures of my life. Over 26 years as an entrepreneur I've built online stores that shipped over 100,000 items, launched KidsAreFansToo.com which ran successfully for 12 years, and started a photography business capturing meaningful family moments. Entrepreneurship isn't just something I've done — it's who I am.
But around 2017 I felt it. That tug at my soul that said — there's something more for you. I didn't have it all figured out. I just knew I was being called to use my gifts in a new way. So I said yes.
In 2018 I discovered podcasting and knew immediately — this was it. I launched She's Just Getting Started and never looked back. What started as a calling has become a top 1% globally ranked podcast and a front row seat to some of the most inspiring women I have ever met.
And that's when my real mission came into focus.
Every single day there are women out there building businesses, pursuing their calling, and using their God-given gifts to do work that makes a real difference in the world. They are remarkable. And most of them have no idea how extraordinary they truly are.
That's why I'm here.
To shine a light on what's possible when you pursue your passion and do work that matters — sharing their stories, my own wisdom and experience, and proof that this kind of fulfilling, impactful work is absolutely possible for you too.
A little more about me:
I'm a proud wife to David — one of the best humans on earth and an outdoorsman who works in tech — and mom to three incredible kids: Lexi (adulting), Grayson (travelling the world), and Ava (11th grade). They are my greatest joy.
I'm a Christian, a Texan through and through (University of Texas grad — Hook 'em! 🤘), and someone who believes sunrises, beaches, and a good workout make everything better. My first job was a checker at Walmart. And my proudest accomplishment? Watching women step into their calling and do work that truly lights them up.
