If you have a new business, you want (and need) it to grow right? But many new business owners tell me they are NOT growing. So today, I'm going to share 4 reasons why so you can NOT do these things & start actually growing! 

Today I talk you through these 4 reasons, share stories & more insights:

1: You may not be growing because this season of your life is busy & you do not have time. If this is you, GIVE YOURSELF SOME GRACE. There are some seasons where you can't put as much time & energy into your business...and that is OKAY :) We've all been there - and know that you will have more time soon - just be grateful for what money is coming in :) 

2: Many of you are distracted by too many products or services. Do not get caught up in the trap of having to create so many things - focus on being known for focused products or services, so that you don't confuse your potential customers, and can get easily referred by previous customers & clients.

3: Many of you are not being BOLD enough. You have to be willing to put yourself out there & share your business. You have to be brave enough to reach out to people you can collaborate with or guest speak with or sponsor, etc. You hiding at home or at your place of business will not grow it. It's time to be bold!

4: Many of you haven't hired help. I see so many new owners scared to get help personally or in their business. Meaning, you can get a maid or get a babysitter so that you can work a few hours more in a day. Don't be afraid to ask for help from family/friends or hiring somebody for something.
