I share some examples in my life where there is a world created for me - whether it be in my home or with things I use or stores I shop at. You will start realizing for yourself what worlds have been created for you.
My hope is that after today's episode you think through the whole environment you are creating for your customers, and intentionally make it so customers WANT to be in it!
