Many aspiring & new business owners question EVERYTHING. They are indecisive, they get stalled & end up not achieving their dream of having a successful business.

In today’s episode, I share some personal stories so you see you are not along. But most importantly, I share 3 big tips for how to approach making decisions and stop the waffling back and forth on things. And yes, you can apply these to your personal life too.

1 - Realize that these are not life & death decisions. They are changeable. They are pivotable. There are NOT permanent - you can adjust them.

2 - Use the old school T chart with pro’s and con’s. Yes, I have used this handy chart my entire life. And it works. Get it all out on paper and map out the pro’s & cons.

3 - Seek outside opinions. Whether they are friends, family, neighbors or coworkers…or you may even have to pay someone who is an expert in your field to help you. Yes, I have clients who pay me for 30-minute emergency coaching sessions SIMPLY FOR MAKING A BIG DECISION. And it helps so much! I have done the same thing & paid for expert guidance - and yes, it has made ALL the difference!

So today…start working on IDENTIFYING when you start questioning things, and then work through these 3 simple steps for stopping the cycle. After all, you have a successful business to build - now get to it!
